Cumberland County Seeks Public Input for 5-Year Strategic Plan

Cumberland County government is developing an updated 5-year strategic plan and is asking residents to share their input. The plan will serve as a long-term roadmap, defining the county’s mission, vision, priorities, and goals while aligning services and resources to address key community issues.
Community input is a critical part of shaping the plan, which will reflect the priorities of the county’s more than 275,000 residents. Residents are encouraged to complete the Strategic Planning Survey by Friday, Oct. 10. Feedback gathered will be incorporated into the final plan.
The county anticipates completing the plan in December 2025, with implementation beginning in 2026.
