Deceased Wildlife Removal
Township staff do not have the certification to handle or remove any wildlife (deceased/roadkill/rabid/alive), including but not limited to:
For any sort of wildlife management, including removal of a deceased animal, contact the Pennsylvania Game Commission at (814) 643-1831. Please keep in mind the subcontractor has 3 business days to remove a dead animal. You can request an incident number to follow up. Any question or concerns with wildlife management, please contact the Pennsylvania Game Commission directly.
- Deer and abandoned fawns
- Rabbits, including ground nests with kits
- Birds/baby birds fallen from nests
- Opossums
- Snakes
- Squirrels/chipmunks
- Bear
- Foxes
- Racoons
